It’s packed with protein and a refrigerated pie crust makes it super easy, although you can go ahead and prep your pastry if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • Additional sliced green onions

  • Sour cream

  • 3 slices Crisply cooked, crumbled bacon

  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 3/4 cup Milk

  • 5 Eggs

  • 3 Green onions sliced

  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen diced hash brown potatoes

  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped cooked ham

  • 1 Refrigerated pie crust

Method

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Press the pie crust into a 9" pie plate and crimp the edges if desired.

    Sprinkle ham, hashbrowns, cheese, and green onions in the crust. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Pour over the ingredients in the crust.

    Bake for roughly 1 hour and 5 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving with bacon, sour cream and add onions and cheese if desired.
