Indonesians almost eat rice in every meal. Quick and easy, nasi goreng is a great way to use some leftover cooked rice and vegetables. Oddly enough, at home fried rice is served for breakfast, but people sell it at night. Sweet, spicy and savory are the reasons why everyone likes it. In this recipe, I made Indonesian fried rice with shredded chicken and scrambled eggs, but you can change it with shrimp, meat, sausage, bacon, or sunny side up.
