  • 2 tbsp. tahini paste

  • 4 tbsp. reserved chickpea liquid

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 28 oz. chickpeas , drained, reserve liquid

Method

    In a food processor, combine 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers with chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, reserved chickpea liquid, tahini, fine sea salt, and pepper.
