  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

  • 1 tbsp. Honey

  • 1/4 cup Canola oil

  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Fresh orange juice

  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1 Red onion

  • 1 Medium red cabbage

Method

    In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, oil, and honey until combined. The dressing can be made up to 2 days ahead.

    To bowl, add cabbage and onion. Toss until well coated. Fold in cilantro, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
