  • 2 tbsp. Juice of lemon

  • 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley

  • 1 Red onion

  • 1 Mango

  • 2 Carrots

  • 1/2 Red cabbage

Method

    In a small jar make a dressing using the tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Shake to combine.

    Shred cabbage. Carrots and red onion grated, mango cut into small cubes. Put all the shredded and grated vegetable in a big salad bowl.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and mix through just before serving.
