This Asian Slaw is not only naturally vibrant in color, but it packs lots of textures and flavors into one bowl – sweet and juicy pineapple, crunchy peanuts and cabbage, umami-rich soy sauce, fragrant fresh mint and cilantro, and spicy red pepper flakes. So delicious.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. Unsweetened milk

  • 1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 tbsp. Minced ginger

  • 3 tbsp. Raw honey

  • 2 tbsp. Fresh lime juice

  • 2 tsp. Sesame oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Gluten-free soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped mint

  • 2 Scallions

  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks

  • 1 Red bell pepper

  • 2 Shredded carrots

  • 2 cups Shredded green cabbage

  • 2 cups Shredded red cabbage

Method

    Shred carrots, pineapple, red bell pepper, and cabbage,chopped scallions, mint, cilantro, roasted peanuts and then toss together Asian Slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
