  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp. Toasted pumpkin seeds

  • 1 Red bell pepper

  • 1 Jalapeno

  • 2 Scallions

  • 1 cup Chopped pineapple

  • 6 cups Shredded cabbage
