Ingredients

  • Freshly ground pepper

  • Kosher salt

  • 2 tsp. Hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. Lime juice

  • 2 tbsp. Honey

  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped green onion

  • 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 cup Slivered almonds

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 cup Shredded carrot

  • 1 Jalapeno

  • 1 Ripe mango

  • 6 cups Shredded cabbage

Method

    In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, lime juice, olive oil and hot sauce until combined.

    In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, mango, jalapeno, carrot, garlic, and almonds, then drizzle mustard dressing on top.
