This is a very good and delicious recipe which adds zip to the salad. It's sure to get raves at your next picnic or potluck if you give ordinary coleslaw a "berry" tangy twist. it's different than the usual coleslaw ,the raspberries really added freshness and liveliness to the slaw.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh raspberries

  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Prepared raspberry vinaigrette

  • 1 cup Shredded carrots

  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage

  • 2 cups Shredded red cabbage

Method

    In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots.

    In a small bowl, whisk vinaigrette, mayonnaise and pepper until blended.
