These fresh, fun watermelon cups will be a hit appetizer or dessert at your next cocktail party or summer soiree. Be sure to cut the watermelon into at least 1 1/2-inch cubes so the melon baller doesn’t cut through the sides of the cups. For a little extra sweet and tart flavor, serve the cups drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp. Crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 1 cup Finely chopped fresh strawberries

  • 24 Seedless watermelon cubes

Method

  • 01
Using a melon baller, scoop out the center of each watermelon cube from the top (about 3/4-inch deep), and reserve for another use.
  • 02

  • 03
