  • Ginger sesame dressing

  • Cilantro

  • Sesame seeds

  • Scallions

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Baby greens

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Lime juice

  • 3 tbsp. Soy sauce

  • Crushed garlic

  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp. Grated ginger

  • 1 1/2 pounds Flank steak

Method

    Marinate flank steak in marinade for 1 hour or up to overnight. Drain and discard marinade.

    Make salad: In a large bowl mix together the greens, cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds and cilantro.
