This is a straightforward and easy recipe that won't heat up your kitchen during the summer. These Quick and Easy Brownies are truly like a box mix brownie but from scratch! They are so chocolatey, moist and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract

  • 4 Large eggs

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup Melted butter

  • Cooking spray

Method

    Grease a 7” cake pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until batter is glossy, then add flour and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared cake pan and cover with aluminum foil.

    Place trivet inside an 8 qt. Instant Pot and pour in water. Place cake pan on top of trivet and lock lid. Set Instant Pot to Pressure Cook on High for 40 minutes.

    Follow manufacturer's guide for quick release before unlocking lid. Remove cake pan from Instant Pot and discard foil. Let cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a cutting board. Serve warm or at room temperature.
