Ingredients

  • Cinnamon sugar

  • Coconut oil cooking spray

  • 6 Flour tortillas

  • 2 tbsp. Cilantro

  • 1 tbsp. Lime zest

  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice

  • 1 Serrano chili

  • 4 Passion fruit

  • 2 Pears

  • 1 cup Strawberries

Method

    Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cut your tortilla strips to 1.5" wide to 2-3" long.

    Spray with coconut oil cooking spray and then sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top (on both sides). Bake in the oven on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

    While the chips are baking, finely chop the pear, strawberries, chili, and cilantro. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Allow the cinnamon chips to cool before serving.
