Mixing prepared horseradish into ground beef makes for flavorful hamburgers. You may not even need any toppings! It is seriously delicious and easy to make. You can choose some vegetables to decorate. And add toasted Mustard or Ketchup as you like. It is just basically delicious, and don't need any skills.

Ingredients

  • Ketchup (optional)

  • Mustard (optional)

  • 4 Rolls, split and toasted

  • 4 slices Purple onion

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Prepared horseradish

  • 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 1 pound Ground sirloin

Method

    Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

    Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350℉ to 400℉). Place meat patties and onion slices on rack; grill, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until meat is done. Place 1 pattie and 1 onion slice on the bottom half of each roll. If desired, add mustard and ketchup. Top with remaining roll half.
