  • 1/8 teaspoon Lemon zest

  • 1/3 cup Finely diced dill pickles

  • 4 cups Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breasts, shredded

  • 4 Celery ribs, finely diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 3 - 4 cups Iceberg lettuce, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Green onions, sliced

Method
