This is a great alternative to the traditional chicken wings - easier to prepare and lighter! I have tweaked this to lighten it up more than the original recipe by using non-fat plain Greek yogurt and reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese. Makes about 5 Cups ~ 3 Smartpoints per 1/2 cup serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 tbsp. ranch seasoning (optional)

  • 1/2 cup crumbled light blue cheese

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce

  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

Method

    Stir all the ingredients together in a slow cooker until combined.

    Heat on low for 4 hours or until cheese is melted.

    Serve immediately with celery, tortilla chip or crackers.
