Ingredients

  • Lettuce

  • Baguette, quartered

  • Paprika, for garnish

  • 2 tbsp. Finely chopped chives

  • 1/3 cup Celery, minced

  • 1 tsp. Fresh lemon juice

  • 2 Whole grain mustard

  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tsp. Whole grain mustard

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise

  • 8 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled

Method

    Roughly chop hard-boiled eggs and transfer to a medium bowl. Mash slightly with a fork to break up yolks.
