  • 4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 3/4 tsp. ground cumin

  • 2 tsp. grated lemon zest

  • 4 tsp. chili powder

  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
