Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Agave nectar

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin

  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup Raisins

  • 1/2 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

  • 4 cups Shredded red cabbage

Method

    Toss together cabbage, cilantro, raisins and sunflower seeds in a salad bowl.
