Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Kosher salt

  • 2 tbsp. Fresh cilantro

  • 1 Zest of lime

  • 2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice

  • 1 tbsp. Dark brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp. Pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Green onion

  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple

  • 1/4 cup Shredded carrots

  • 1 3/4 cups Shredded green or red cabbage

Method

    Combine yogurt, pineapple juice, brown sugar, lime juice and zest, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, whisking vigorously until completely combined.
