Mayo Free Coleslaw is quick and simple to make and is a versatile side dish for any bbq. This no mayo coleslaw has a vinegar base instead of the traditional mayonnaise base. This no mayo coleslaw is a perfect recipe. It’s light, fresh, crunchy, and tasty. And it’s so stinking simple.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp. Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp. Fresh ground pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp. Salt

  • 2/3 cup Carrots

  • 1 cup Red onion

  • 3 cups White cabbage

  • 1 cup Red cabbage

Method

  • 01
    Gather the ingredients. Shred red cabbage, white cabbage, and carrots. Slice red onion very thin.

    Mix up the shredded cabbage with some grated carrots and sliced onions.
