This coleslaw is spot on and goes perfectly with just about any meal. To cut down on time, buy a bag of shredded cabbage and carrots in the produce section of your grocery store. If the cabbage is cut too thick, you can finely chop what’s in the bag or run it through the food processor.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. White vinegar

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk

  • 1/4 cup Milk

  • 1/3 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp. Minced onion

  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped carrot

  • 1 Finely chopped cabbage

Method

    Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.

    Finely chop cabbage or run through a food processor.

    Combine cabbage, carrots, and onion and toss together.

    Pour dressing over the slaw and mix until well combined.
