  • 3 Lemons, sliced into thin rounds

  • 1 1/2 pounds Skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt

  • 1 tsp. Ground cumin

  • 2 tsp. Sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp. Dried oregano

    Preheat your grill to medium heat. Mix the oregano, sesame seeds, cumin, and salt in a small bowl, set aside.
