  • 3 tbsp. peppermint syrup

  • 2 1/2 cups chilled ginger beer

  • 1 cup Blanco or mojito rum

  • 1 quart chilled eggnog

  • 1 quarts mint chocolate chip ice cream

Method

    Into a blender add the mint chocolate chip ice cream, chilled eggnog, rum, cold ginger beer, and peppermint syrup.
