Here, everyone's favorite stick-to-your-ribs sandwich--The Reuben--takes a turn as a chafing-dish dip, with the requisite dressing, sauerkraut, cheese, and corned beef.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

  • 8 oz. shredded corned beef

  • 16 oz. sauerkraut,rinsed and squeezed dry

  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Method

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dressing.

    Spread sauerkraut into a 9*13-inch baking dish. Layer coened beef, Swiss cheese, and the mayonnaise-dressing mixture on top of the sauerkraut.
