Mango Strawberry Layered Breakfast Smoothie such a simple and beautiful smoothie. All the flavors going on in this smoothie will wake up both you and your taste buds! Fresh ginger will give your smoothie a warming sensation. Grate fresh ginger into your smoothie prior to blending it. Ginger blends well with just about anything. In this recipe you could add it to the mango smoothie layer. Adding ginger gives a serious kick and some health benefit too.

Ingredients

  • Few Mint leaves for garnish

  • 1 cup Granola

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Layer

  • 1 tbsp. honey optional

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries

Mango Smoothie Layer

  • 1 tsp. honey Optional

  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 1/2 cups Mango chunks or pulp or frozen

Method

    Blend all the ingredients under For Mango smoothie layer: together until smooth. Add more orange juice if it is too thick. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Pour equally into 2 glasses.

    Rinse out the blender and blend all the ingredients under For Strawberry Banana Smoothie layer: together until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Layer some granola on top of the mango banana smoothie layer, then pour the strawberry smoothie on top.

    Top with more granola. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
