  • 1/2 tsp. probiotic powder

  • sea salt

  • 1 tsp. wheatgrass powder

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp. flax oil

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • 1 tsp. minced ginger

  • 1/2 tsp. natural vanilla extract

  • 2 medium-sized bananas

  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked

  • 1 cup torn-up curly green kale leaves

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 1/4 cup irmly packed chopped pitted dates

Method

    Place the chopped pitted dates in a small bowl.

    Cover them with the 1 cup of filtered water, and allow to sit for about 20 minutes to soften.

    Pour the dates and water into the blender, add the other ingredients, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
