A glass of well made smoothie can keep you full all morning and this one is here to please vegans too! This Healthy Vegan Frozen Peach Mango Smoothie makes for a great way to have those fruits and uses coconut milk instead. The frozen fruit makes the smoothie thick and dessert-like.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract (optional)

  • 1 tbsp. Oats (quick cooking)

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (thick)

  • 3/4 cup Mangoes (frozen)

  • 3/4 cup Peaches (frozen)

Method

    Gather the ingredients.

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth. Serve cold.
