  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cider vinegar

  • 1/3 cup Low-sodium chicken broth

  • 2 teaspoons Chopped fresh thyme (divided)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 4 - 6 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  • 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Heat a large, ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add oil to pan.

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.

    Add chicken to pan, and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until browned.

    Add broth, syrup, half of the thyme (1 teaspoon), and garlic to pan; bring to boil, scraping the pan to loosen browned bits.
