The calories present in fresh fruit juices vary depending on which fruits you use, and if other add-ons find their way into your concoction. Fruit juice is a healthy way of starting the day out with something refreshing and revitalizing. Although professional dietitians encourage fruit juice with pulp, it is common for people to strain out the fiber that comes with fruit. A glass of fresh orange juice is a balanced, complete breakfast drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 2 oranges

Method

  • 01
Peel the skin of the orange and separate the orange segments. You can also cut into pieces.
  • 02
Take it in a blender, add lemon juice and honey to it. Blend everything until the oranges are crushed well.
  • 03
Strain the juice using a strainer. Press using a spoon to get as much juice as possible.
  • 04
Pour into serving glass, add ice cubes and enjoy.
