  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup milk, unsweetened

  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed

  • 1 orange zest

  • 1 orange, peeled

  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger

  • 2 yellow peaches, medium-sized, pitted

Method

    Add all ingredients in a blender and just 1 cup of ice to start.

    Blend until a smooth and thickened texture is achieved about 30 to 60 seconds. Add more ice for a thicker smoothie, up to 2 cups total.
