ALL that to say that today I’m sharing a recipe for this red cabbage slaw, This recipe is one of the greatest dishes. In general, coleslaw is usually something that people could take or leave. It seems just doesn't do much for people. This slaw though, this slaw, is magic. Red cabbage, tart granny smith apples, the slight heat of a jalapeño, and the bright flavors of mint and cilantro...it simply cannot be beaten.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 Limes

  • 1 Jalapeno

  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves

  • 1 cup Cilantro

  • 1/2 Red onion

  • 2 Apples

  • 1/2 Red cabbage

Method

    Shave red cabbage, cut apples into matchsticks, slice the red onion as thin as possible. Chop cilantro, mint leaves, and jalapeno.

    Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Stir until fully combined.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and allow flavors to combine. Serve alongside any protein or on any sandwiches and enjoy!
