  • 1 tbsp. Granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp. Dark brown sugar, firmly packed

  • 2 tbsp. Kosher salt

  • 4 Boneless pork chops, about 3/4'' thick

    Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Mix rubs ingredients together in a small bowl.

    Sprinkle pork chops with rubs and massage into meat on both sides. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes.

    Place on grill and grill 6-8 minutes on each side.
