    • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced on an angle about 1cm thick

    • 1 cup Flour
    • Salt

03 Method
  • Step 1
    Drop into hot oil and fry for 5 or so minutes, or until nicely golden.
  • Step 2
    Mix your flour with your spices. Lift the chicken out of the ranch and drop into the flour. Lightly toss to coat- you want a nice craggy coating. Repeat with the other pieces.
  • Step 3
    Dunk your chicken slices into your ranch.
  • Step 4
    Drain and serve.
