What You Need

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

2 Tbsp. butter

1 cup flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

2 egg s, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Microwave chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

2. Combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Add milk, sour cream, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chocolate mixture.

3. Use batter to make 8 waffles as directed in manufacturer's directions.

4. Serve warm topped with strawberries and powdered sugar.
