  • 2 - 3 Large carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 Large sweet potato, chopped

  • 2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

    Chop the sweet potato and carrots to roughly the same size pieces and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
