  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
