  • 1 tbsp. Finely chopped parsley, for garnish

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Sliced olives

  • 1 Green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Mini pepperoni, plus more for topping

  • 1 cup Parmesan, divided

  • 2 cups Mozzarella, divided

  • 2 cups Pizza sauce

  • 1 pound Spaghetti

  • Kosher salt

Method

    Preheat oven to 350℉. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti until very al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and return to pot.

    Add pizza sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, pepperoni, bell pepper, olives, and Italian seasoning. Transfer mixture to a large baking dish.

    Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan and add mini pepperoni in a single layer. Bake until cheese is melted and starting to turn golden on top, about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
