1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

1-1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter, divided

1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding

12 thin vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies

2 Tbsp. PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, finely chopped

1. Microwave chopped chocolate and 1 cup COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Cool.

2. Meanwhile, gradually add milk to 1/4 cup peanut butter in medium bowl, beating constantly with mixer until well blended. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Gently stir in remaining COOL WHIP.

3. Place 1 cookie in each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with pudding mixture, then melted chocolate mixture.

4. Microwave remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl 30 to 40 sec. or until melted; drizzle over desserts. Sprinkle with nuts.

5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
